Descripció
Sumari:The present work of curricular integration called "Doctrinal analysis of the judgment of protection action No. 11121120110010- Rio Vilcabamba case" seeks to analyze how the application of the law is reflected around the protection of the environment, addressing a case of excavation in the Vilcabamba River. This analysis is justified on the basis that it is important to address problems of social and legal interest that occur in a context in which environmental protection is fundamental for all countries. In general, the methodology of this research is an empirical and descriptive approach. Direct observation and documentary review are used to collect specific and verifiable data. The goal of this research is to identify the legal foundations, jurisprudential precedents and implications of court decisions in the area of environmental law. This research aims to provide a clear and revealing representation of the legal dynamics and to determine whether the current and existing rules are a viable solution. As can be seen, the project does not focus on promoting an academic approach; instead, it also seeks to raise social awareness of shared responsibility for the protection of natural resources. In this case, the results of the research work will help address gaps in the literature and provide direct recommendations for improving environment-related public policies. In this context, this study should establish a fundamental basis for future research in the field of environmental law and sustainability.
