The methodology used allowed us to verify the problems facing the company because of not having updated the manual and flowcharts that guide the daily work 5 of its employees., Also in the proposal restructured the organization and functions manual in order to fulfill the mission GADs vision. Was then applied different methods and techniques that allowed us to determine the problems that the Municipality crosses and so pose solutions to reach a successful decision-making. Finally discloses the respective findings and recommendations with the aim that the Directors of the Municipal GADs Espíndola taken into account to improve services for users. |
