| Sumario: | This investigation relates to motivational strategies AND ITS IMPACT ON THE SIGNIFICANT LEARNING AND CHILDREN FIRST YEAR OF BASIC EDUCATION SCHOOL "ALEJO JOSE PALACIOS", during the period 2009-2010, whose main objective was: Contribute with this research to raise awareness among teachers about the importance of using motivational strategies to promote meaningful learning in children First-Year Basic Education in the city of the Loja. . The specific objectives were raised: Identify the motivation strategies used by teachers to promote meaningful learning in children First-Year Basic Education in the Educational Center "Alejo José Palacios." Identify the most significant areas of development of children from First Year Basic Education Learning Center “Alejo José Palacios" and develop guidelines proposal. The study population consisted of 94 children and 5 teachers. The main methods used were scientific, inductive, deductive, descriptive, and statistical, techniques were used: the survey of teachers and registration of significant learning achieved by children. It posed the following scenario: Motivational techniques used by teachers themselves significant impact on the learning of children from First Year Basic Education Learning Center, "Alejo José Palacios" in the city of Loja. During The period from 2009 to 2010. After tabulating the data from the survey of teachers, we obtained the following results. The strategies used by teachers to provide meaningful learning, corresponding to 60% encourage their toddlers with stories, songs, dynamic and recitations, others that represent 40% do so with stories, conversations, games and puppets. As the lessons that have more significance in children investigated under the following themes: Environment Knowledge Hub Immediate Creative Expression and Communication. Therefore it is concluded that motivational strategies used by teachers if significant impact on learning of their students. |
