要約:This investigation research work entitled: ATTENTION AND CONCENTRATION DISTRACTORS AND ITS INFLUENCE IN THE ACQUISITION OF SKILLS WITH DEVELOPMENT CRITERIA IN THE BIOLOGICAL SUBJECT, WITH THE STUDENTS OF SECOND GRADE OF BACHILLERATO IN “CALASANZ” HIGH SCHOOL OF LOJA CITY, ACADEMIC PERIOD 2018-2019. It aims to determine which are the attention/concentration distractors that influence the acquisition of Skills with Performance Criteria in students and based on this information, develop a guide that contains didactic strategies that allow the teacher to minimize the degree of influence of the distractors in the students. The present investigation is of a descriptive type since it was observed and described how the distractors of the attention / concentration of the students affect the development of the Biology classes, in the second year of high school; It is of a correlational type because instruments were applied (questionnaire addressed to the teacher, student and observation sheet) with which information was collected that allowed to know the incidence of attention / concentration distractors in students, with these results it was developed and applied a guide of strategies, to diminish the influence of the distractors in the students and by means of the application of instruments that provided data that allowed to establish a comparison between the before and after the application of the proposal of this investigation. Among the main conclusions it was obtained that: The distractors that have the greatest influence on students are noise, cell phones and other electronic devices, lack of interest or motivation which were preventing the full acquisition of Skills with Performance Criteria; that the development, socialization and application of the strategy guide allowed to enhance attention / concentration and in turn significantly improve the degree of acquisition of Skills with Performance Criteria and an evident improvement in the attitude of students; The application of didactic strategies in the teaching-learning process allowed minimizing the incidence of attention / concentration distractors, meaning a great help tool for teachers of the educational institution.
