To obtain information and application of knowledge to carry out the implementation of this work was achieved with the aid of various methods and techniques, the same as were: Scientific method , deductive method , descriptive method Thus techniques was also used as : Survey research that allowed employees of Ipecac Cia. Ltda 82 employees and customers of the same among those found .
