| Gaia: | The following research project aims to demonstrate the feasibility of implementation of a business producing and commercializing of butter of Apple in the city of Loja, to thus put into practice the knowledge gained, for a society that needs that its professionals are inserted in the productive and economic life. For the home of the present study, is has raised as objective general "make a project of feasibility for the implementation of a company producer and marketer of butter of Apple, in the city of LOJA" of which is have traced objectives specific that allowed be used as guide for the study in mention, taking as horizon of 5 years of life useful. Were the methods that were used for the fulfillment of the general objective: deductive that allowed establishing criteria based on the theoretical and empirical data; inductive is it used for the analysis detailed and particular of them facts and phenomena related with the process productive of the butter of Apple. Them technical that is applied were: surveys raised to a sample of 397 homes lojanos to determine the demand existing; as well as to the representatives of the 59 commercial premises in order to determine the offer, this information served to further results. In the study of market, is carried out the analysis of the offer and demand of the product, coming to get a demand unsatisfied of 296999 pounds of butter of Apple for the first year; Likewise it has proceeded to establish the plan of marketing for this product. In the technical study found the installed capacity is 62,400 pounds of butter a year, while taking 80% of this is obtained the capacity used is 49.920 pounds, with a 16.81% market share; on the other 6 hand has been established the size and the location of the plant, the same which is located in the industrial park. In terms of project engineering is carried out the distribution of plant; In addition is the description of the production process of the Apple butter. On the other hand this study consists of an organizational structure, with its respective legal basis, as well as charts and manual functions. In the financial aspect, the total amount of investment is $19.105,15 which is funded the 47,66 with own capital-52,34% with a credit granted by the Ecuador BAN, with an interest rate of 11.15% and 5-year. With regard to the budgets it has fixed that the total cost for the first year is 90.505,75 obtaining the unit cost for each pound of butter which is 1.81; while adding the 15% profit margin is fixed the selling price to the public (2.08), finally estimated the total sales per year that are 104.081,61. On the financial evaluation, the following results are obtained: range from $41.726,28; TIR of the 57,08%; Benefit-cost ratio of 1.27 dollars; a sensitivity in the increase in costs of 10.18% and a decrease in revenues of 8.28%, the period of recovery of the CAPITAL, it will be in 2 years 1 month and 20 days. Finally is makes recorded them respective conclusions, in which is determines that project is feasible, since them results are favorable and is recommended its put up and thus achieve a development sustainable of the city and province of Loja |
