Резюме:The investigation on the THEORY OF THE LEARNING ACCORDING TO APPLIED VIGOTSKY TO THE EDUCATION AT DISTANCE OF THE STUDENTS OF THE THIRD YEAR OF HIGH SCHOOL OF THE SPECIALTY OF ACCOUNTING, OF THE EDUCATIONAL UNIT AT DISTANCE DE TUNGURAHUA (UNEDT). PERIOD 2010 - 2011, he/she has as purpose the influence of the culture, the mediators semióticos and the academic work that one makes in the area of the student's next development to investigate, for the achievement of the learning objectives. To establish these incidences, the investigation was carried out in the third year of high school of the accounting specialty, of the Educational Unit at Distance of Tungurahua (UNEDT), based on three problems: How does the cultural means impact in the learning at distance in values?, Of what way does the mediation semiótica impact in the learning of experiences?; and, How does the educational work in the area of next development cooperate with the construction of the scientific learning? At the end of the investigation, in the Modality of Studies at Distance of the Educational Unit at Distance of Tungurahua (UNEDT), the results to those that you arrived in this work are: The presence of rezagos of the traditional education lapses in the classroom putting barriers to the influence of the culture. The use of the pizarrón and the liquid chalk as instruments mediators of the learning. The semiótica ignores it to him; the ignorance and consequently the non utility of the area of next development for potenciar the student's scientific learning.
