總結:The main objective of this thesis, entitled “Distributed leadership and its impact on teacher motivation for the teaching-learning process at the ‘Antonio Borrero Vega’ early education center”, is to analyze how distributed leadership impacts on teacher motivation. The research is framed in the current educational context, where collaboration and active participation of teachers are essential to improve the quality of the teaching-learning process. The methodology establishes a type of correlational research with a mixed approach, using scientific, analytical-synthetic, inductive and deductive methods to structure the study. The results indicate that distributed leadership fosters a collaborative work environment, where teachers feel valued and motivated to contribute to the development of their students. In addition, key factors that influence motivation were identified, such as effective communication, recognition of work performed and continuous training. The conclusions highlight the importance of implementing a distributed leadership model in educational institutions, since it not only improves teacher motivation, but also enhances student learning. It is recommended that principals and educational administrators adopt strategies that promote the active participation of teachers in decision-making and in the creation of a positive work environment. Key words: distributed leadership, teacher motivation, teaching-learning, initial education.
