Tóm tắt:This study is an important contribution to the human development of the Guayzimi parish, because it helps to overcome social problems linked to the poor quality of health of the population, which requires priority attention to the improvement of the quality of life of the community, because of parasitic infestation rates are high in these endemic rural and marginal urban areas; and, most frequently in children older than four years than in older adults. Particularly in the Latin American developing tropical or subtropical's warm and humid climate such as ours; and, as a result the province of Zamora Chinchipe where living conditions are very precarious, as panorama offered whole parasitic diseases tend to be very severe. From this background, I believe that boys, girls and adolescents, constitute an important sector of the Ecuadorian population. The Constitution existing, approved by referendum on September 28, 2008, enshrines the rights for this group within the third chapter that talks about people and groups of priority attention. It is so in article 44 of the Constitution is set as obligation of the State to protect, support and promote the comprehensive development of children and adolescents, growth, maturation and deployment of his intellect and abilities, potential and aspirations, in a family, school, social and community environment of affection and security. This environment will allow the satisfaction of affective - emotionalism, cultural, and social needs with the support of national and local cross-sectorial policies. Therefore considered it important to make this research work entitled "childhood parasites and their impact on the learning of school children Fiscomisional "Monsignor Jorge Mosquera" of the city of Guayzimi, Zamora-Chinchipe province Nangaritza canton and the intervention of the Social worker", which it allowed to provide viable alternatives for the implementation and start-up of a training proposal with the active participation of social actors involved in areas the health and education of the parish Guayzimi, in whose actions as a graduate of the school of Social work of the National University of Loja, it decided to identify the referred object of study linked a problematic environmental health partner and linked to the identification of the following objectives: Characterize the main causes of intestinal parasitosis and its consequences in the school performance of children, and therefore to delineate a second objective of preventive health instruction for the educational community of the Fiscomisional school "Monsignor Jorge Mosquera" Guayzimi city, Guangzhou Nangaritza Zamora-Chinchipe province with the intervention of the professional Social worker. Among the highlights of this research work is reflected a synthesis of causes influencing the spread of intestinal parasitosis, inasmuch the scientific gathering and tabulating surveys applied to children, it follows that younger learners don't have culture of personal hygiene as children and smaller when they have their dirty hands to mouth girls. These are full of eggs and larvae as the main route of infestation; and, accordingly being easy prey to infestation of intestinal parasitosis either symptoms or effects, children generally parasitized are itching on the tail, nose, eyes or ears, headaches and stomach and many times patches of skin or hives, exist also excessive appetite, which despite its abundant intake there is no increase in weight. Bibliographic consultation regarding conceptualizations explicit affects how the parasites as a disease to the different systems of the body, opens a space for very specific analysis regards be prevented such as parents, teachers and medical staff, specifically since in many patients there have been clinical pictures of affecting the central nervous system whose symptoms manifested with anguishirritability, insomnia, emotional instability, listlessness, loss of memory and ability to concentrate, in the school child behavior disorders; and, in other cases even more complicated clinical pictures of type and/or epileptic seizure, diagnosed as such for its treatment with drugs for these episodes, but that past period of time this has no effect for a reason in the background: they are not epileptic, they have the symptoms of epileptic type caused by multiple parasites presenting. Also the bibliography gives us account of second symptoms manifested in respiratory, intestinal parasites cause deterioration in relevant health, i.e. when the intestinal parasitosis is elongated time, Symptoms "of asthma-like", still features the allergic bronchitis in the parasitized have the same origin and treatment, sometimes with crisis of very annoying sneezing associated with itching and eye and nasal discharge, sinusitis. With the thoughts described, announce the severity of the spread of stomach parasitism; and, on the other hand be prepared to face a new culture of hygiene as a preventive measure and also attend outpatient physicians to clarify through scientific research both physical, chemical and bacteriological laboratory analyses, with the final results the individual is diagnosed with accuracy what kind of clinical picture is referred for treatment. The causes and consequences of this social health problem, allowed the construction of a third goal, which was used as a support - social to propose and develop strategies for professional intervention in social work, to motivate the self-management of community access to social policies laid down in the political Constitution of the Republic, inclined to appreciate the responsibilities of the family in building healthy lifestyles through the following challenges / tasks: (1). the Social work as a scientific discipline is linked with the State of the welfare and quality of life of the society, therefore reaches an entrepreneurial commitment against the trampling of the health and the environment. (2). the process as the articulator axis of our press becomes the point of discernment, which, from any angle of social worker participation, must include the mandates of environmental management of our environmental legislation and generational gender, in such a way that these flagship projects are sustainable enough in the territories of participatory social intervention; and, The implementation of a training Plan for preventive health to open a space for community participation with gender generational in these territories lacking in basic infrastructure specialist, who somehow managed short-term control and eradication of intestinal parasitosis, whose programmatic axes be organized together for the achievement of specific objectives properly socialized for the design and planning of the training proposal referred among which the following are cited: (a.).- Treatment of water for human consumption (b).- Prevention and treatment of gastrointestinal diseases. (c).- Possible will try rebuilding the levels of motivation and self-esteem of people among children and young adults. The implementation and start-up of the training proposal will positively contribute in the improvement of the quality of life of the inhabitants of the sector; however its implementation and execution will be linked to the endorsement and sponsorship by the institutions responsible for the development of the Guayzimi parish. This research began with the construction of the socio-economic diagnosis of the Guayzimi parish and developed its execution since September of 2013 until June 2014, which focused on the identification of the main causes as consequences of intestinal parasitosis as social health problem.
