| Streszczenie: | This research consisted to make an evaluation about the variability of the anatomical structure of two species. Schizolobium parahybum Blake Bell and Gmelina arborea Roxb between trees under different treatments, the same that have fertilization and without fertilization. Four years ago, when these were planted at the "Los Zapotes" site of the Panguintza Parish, Canton Centinela del Cóndor Canton; and "La Victoria" site, Zamora Parish of Zamora Canton. In this study was used the following data from anatomic elements such as: frequency, pore diameter, radio number per mm, radio height ; length, diameter, lumen diameter, cell wall thickness of the fiber in the witch these were taken in the second year after have being planted for the respective comparison. For the anatomical study of samples were obtained in micrometer sections in the three plane such as radial, tangential and transverse planes; and tissue maceration, obtaining micrographs based on the IAWA rules about anatomical characteristics of the species the were determined. Statistical analysis was performed with the use of statistical program "Infostat". To establish the differences about anatomical characteristics were applied the analysis of variance (ANOVA), using the Turkey test with an error rate of 5% on items that showed significant differences. For the treatments factor with and without fertilization; Schizolobium parahybum Blake Bell, at Los Zapotes site, it showed differences in the height of the radios, while in the La Victoria did not present differences. In this regard in the Gmelina arborea Roxb there was not anatomical differences in the two places. According to the sites factor, Schizolobium parahybum Blake Bell presented differences in the following anatomical variables: pore diameter, radios height, cell length and fiber wall. While Gmelina arborea Roxb presented differences in the following anatomical variables such as pore diameter, length, diameter, thickness of the cell wall and the fiber lumen. On the age factor, parahybum Schizolobium Blake Bell presented difference in the following anatomical characteristics: frequency and pore diameter; per tangential mm, and height of the spokes. Gmelina arborea Roxb also present anatomical difference in the following parameters: pore diameter, radio height; diameter, thickness of the cell wall and diameter of the fiber lumen. The anatomical study of the samples were performed in the Anatomy and Dendrochronology laboratory of Wood at the Nacional de Loja University, in the period September 2013 to April 2014. |
