Resumo:FUMILIMPIEZA is a private trade organization dedicated to the sale of cleaning, maintenance, fumigation and other minor services such as removal, plumbing, electrical, painting, gardening and currently operates in the city of Loja with a team of 52 workers-employees. Currently one of the main weaknesses of the company "FUMILIMPIEZA" is not appropriate application of techniques for Admission to Employment in which to seek skills and attitudes suitable for the position. These failures require that "FUMILIMPIEZA" maintain a strong inclination towards the implementation of new management practices that allow human talent establish itself as a leader in balancing corporate success, as well as a contribution to their workers, employees and therefore a boost social. Employment techniques are just tools of great contribution to the efficient management of human talent in the company. This approach allows the development of the various techniques proposed admission of employment (recruitment, selection, hiring, training, motivation) and also assess the human potential through the points assessment method which allows to identify employees who need to change and / or improvement in certain areas of activity all based on the results obtained from the sources of company information. The talent management currently applied in "FUMILIMPIEZA" becomes transformed into tools of overcoming not only affect administrative workers, but also focused on organizational progress. It is also a series of techniques that help to assess how the staff puts into practice the knowledge, experiences, and the management of interpersonal relations in formal and workplace. The solution of current problems of the company merited changes in the design, approach and development of human talent management to develop processes that allow the integration of all functions in one comprehensive action which helps optimize resources, creating environments work according to the professional profile and whose purpose is focused on meeting the objectives proposed in this research paper.
