Tilføj Tag | Summary: | Accomplishing the Academic Regulations of the National University of Loja, and primary requirement being the development of a preliminary thesis obtaining engineering degree in Accounting and Auditing, is justified as such execution, the same who contributed in the development of a design and accounting application for the company Quimar SA in the period April-June 2013. To be a fulfillment of the proposed objectives, first departed from an analysis of source documents, measuring the need of the company through its officers, in the case of the Accountant and the Manager also highlight the requirements must submit to the control entities as the Superintendencia de Compañías, Servicio de Rentas Internas, through taxes, without neglecting the requirements of the partners. Complying with the provisions of the Superintendencia de Compañías Plan predefined accounts for companies took the same that helped for proper coding in the management of databases created, that through the links, formulas and functions known Excel, helped to link information throughout the accounting process from the daily paper, Older, Annexes summary for ATS, and the generation due to the States General Situation and Comprehensive Income. Concluding, he managed to put in operation the accounting application that was designed for the company Quimar S. A., which today helps to have updated information, in addition to improving the presentation by generating no manuals, but printed receipts, whereas going reduce the margin of error in issuing pre printed receipts, since the information is now automatically checks recognition or withholding. |
