Crynodeb:The models of administrative management are of great help for the proper development of the activities within a company, of heavy transport "JC TRANSA" resident in the city of Orellana that operates under the modality of transport of heavy load, within its growth It is of great importance to apply a model of administrative management, with the sole purpose of improving its internal processes and seeking its development. The biggest problem identified is the lack of administrative management, the managerial commands are not complying with basic administrative parameters that should be developed within a company, presenting weaknesses that impede an adequate and efficient development of business activities, which is why this Present research project to know the current reality in order to propose viable solutions. In the present research, methods, techniques and materials were used for the sequential development of the same that allowed to reach the objectives set in an orderly way. Based on the results obtained, it is mentioned that management plans have been developed that allow defining the short, medium and long term objectives, business policies that focus everything on the company's actions, work matrices and with that standardize the formats of Internal and external presentation providing an image of order, profiles of posts to be able to make an appropriate selection of the future staff and the most appropriate, functional and structural organizational charts detailing by department and post functions to be developed, dissemination programs of great importance to The business philosophy can reach a greater number of potential companies that we provide services. It should be noted that the conclusions have been based on the research carried out and its results, thus, the implementation of the administrative management model will allow the achievement of the proposed goals.
