Implantación de un sistema contable en la distribuidora de materiales de construccion “Megaconstructor” de la ciudad de Loja, periodo: enero- marzo de 2012

The present denominated thesis work "INSTALLATION OF A COUNTABLE SYSTEM IN THE DISTRIBUTOR OF MATERIALS OF CONSTRUCTION "MEGACONSTRUCTOR" PERIOD: JANUARY - MARCH OF 2012, it was elaborated based on the Generally established Norms and it foresaw to the obtaining of the Grade of Engineer in Accounting and Audit Accountant Public Auditor. The general objective of the present thesis work was the installation of the accounting, the same one that was completed by means of the development of the specific objectives, beginning with the Design of the plan and the Manual of Bills, according to the requirements of the Distributor, subsequently the corresponding registration was elaborated beginning with the initial Inventory, State of Initial Situation, Daily Book, bigger Book, Balance of Confirmation, Leaf of Work and auxiliary documents so much of sales as of purchases, payment lists, etc. Additionally to this process it was formulated the Conclusions and Recommendations inclined to improve the situation of the distributor, since this it doesn't have an organization or countable system that it provides him opportune and appropriate information of the processes that this he/she carries out, and for ended that the proprietor ignores the real situation of the same one; for that which is recommended: To implement the accounting system proposed with the purpose of knowing the financial economic situation, which is reflected in the States Financiers, being these a tool for the taking of decisions; for that exposed you concludes that the installation of the countable system is since of supreme importance the directive to have precise, reliable information and mainly on time so that they can make the correct decisions.
