Opis
Streszczenie:The present curricular integration project titled "Diagnosis of Psychosocial Risks of the Public Employees of the Autonomous Decentralized Local Government of Macará, for the year 2023" is carried out in order to determine the current situation of the institution regarding these risks. The following objectives are presented: to carry out a psychosocial risk diagnosis for public employees; to determine the level of psychosocial risk according to dimensions; and to formulate a proposal for the prevention of psychosocial risks. Furthermore, it is important to emphasize that 83 public employees from the administrative staff participated in the study, as they are the population and the object of the research. The data is collected through the development and validation of a questionnaire by the Ministry of Labour and its collaborators. The methods applied in this study are deductive and synthetic. Therefore, for the analysis of the results, a quantitative approach is used. In general, the results show that the institution is in an unfavorable range at a moderate level. The male population is most affected. The moderately affected dimensions are workload and pace, leadership, margin and control, recovery, support and support, discriminatory harassment, harassment at work, job stability, working conditions, self-perceived health. Finally, it is concluded that the institution needs the intervention of a psychosocial risk prevention plan to mitigate these effects on the physical and mental health of the employee.
