To carry out the investigation it was necessary to collect, classify the files for the accounting record; Once the source documentation was obtained, the initial inventory where the assets were registered, the entity's debts were recorded, then economic transactions were recorded through the memorandum of operations in the journal, where it was necessary to prepare sales attachments, purchases , Paper of payments and cards kardex, later was used the general ledger in which the movements of each one of the accounts are summed up, data that allowed to elaborate the balance of verification, in addition was designed the worksheet, soon to elaborate the states Accounting where real values of the economic period are reflected. At the end of the investigation it was determined as a relevant conclusion that the implementation of the accounting system can have an efficient control of the activities that are carried out for a correct commercial operation, against which it is recommended to the owner of the Agricultural Lumbaqui implement the accounting system designed, The same as this structure according to the needs of the entity
