Summary:The present investigation work has the premeditation of determining the influence that you/they have the evaluation techniques used by the educational of Physics on the learning of Electrostatics in the students of 3er. Year of High school in sciences, specialty Physique Mathematics of the Annexed Educational Unit to the National University of Loja, period 2012 - 2013. For their development they thought about three specific objectives: to verify if the evaluation techniques used by the educational of Physics impact in the learnings of the students' electrostatics; to establish the level of learning of the third year-old students' Electrostatics, as a result of the application of the evaluation techniques used by the educational ones and, to outline alternative limits of technical of evaluation that allow to elevate the level of learning of the high school students' Electrostatics. Through the theoretical mark you could determine the indicators, options, questions and premeditation of the surveys that constituted an important one when being applied relating informative on the variables to investigate and, overalls, their mutual influence. After the analysis and interpretation of the information you could determine that the professors of Physics maintain the classic taking of exams written to evaluate the electrostatics learnings in the students and based on these results, they judge the school yield and the reached learnings, reason for which alternative limits were elaborated in form of a study guide, which will serve as reference and consultation source on technical of evaluation of Electrostatics whose application allows to elevate the level of the students' learning significantly. The study guide that consists like I annex, it approaches concepts on technical of evaluation and their classification, it is also included a wide range of evaluation instruments whose examples keep direct relationship with the evaluation of the learnings of Electrostatics. Reason for which intends the elaboration of alternative limits in form of a study guide, which serves as reference and consultation source on technical of evaluation of Electrostatics, those which, in their application they are able to elevate the level of the students' learning significantly.
