Riassunto:The present research work refers to the incidence, cognitive-emotional particularities and the contextualized support of self-concept and interpersonal relationships, among others, whose main objective was to carry out a bibliographic study regarding the incidence of selfconcept, in the Interpersonal relationships of second-year high school students (BGU) parallel A, from the Colegio de Bachillerato 27 de Febrero, in the city of Loja. To achieve such interest, it was sustained with a theoretical-scientific framework through the application of a documentary-bibliographic study, of a qualitative, argumentative and expository nature, as a method the state of the art was used, 12 investigations were used, where 10 documents with their respective authors that state that there is a relationship between self-concept and interpersonal relationships. It is recommended that educational institutions carry out motivational activities that allow the individual to develop positively in the physical, personal and social fields. Also that universities, to carry out research in reference to issues such as selfconcept and interpersonal relationships.
