PROYECTO DE FACTIBILIDAD PARA LA IMPLEMENTACIÓN DE UNA EMPRESA PROCESADORA DE CAFÉ EN LA CIUDAD DE CARIAMANGA CANTÓN CALVAS PROVINCIA DE LOJA

The project feasibility is based on the current economic situation, the lack of entrepreneurship and little attention to microenterprises, as a clear example we have the Calvas Canton which is rich in coffee production but does not have an industry for processing coffee bean coffee grounds. The overall objective was based on the realization of the "PROJECT FEASIBILITY FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF A PROCESSING COMPANY COFFEE IN THE CITY OF CANTON CALVAS Cariamanga Loja province." This project was accomplished through the following specific objectives. In the first target a market study that allowed us to observe the possibility of success of the project and the product itself, for compliance survey was applied, obtaining the following results were made: 87% potential demand; actual demand with 94%; effective demand with 92%; unsatisfied demand in pounds with a total of 253,230.40, and could set the level of acceptance of ground coffee on the market. In the second objective technical study it was carried out by determining the operation, macro and micro location for the project, on the other hand calculating capacity utilization and installed in pounds with a total of 40,950 lb for each year useful life was performed. In the third objective legal administrative and legal study for the organizational structure of the company was developed, this reflects the requirements ofincorporation; legal, structural and organizational, leaving in place the duties, rights and duties of each member. The fourth objective was carried out financial and economic study to determine the profitability and investments necessary to implement the following results: investment of $ 64.279,86, indicators such as breakeven with 53.59% for its capacity utilization, and sales value of $ 71,819.32; net present value of $ 65,002.69; internal rate of return 39.97%; benefit cost $ 1.25; recovery period in 2 years, 4 months and 28 days; cost sensitivity and sensitivity 2.03% 15.86% reflecting revenue. It was possible to fulfill the objectives and stages of the project using the methods; scientist in the development of the literature review; Deductive I bring in determining demand; Inductive was used in the planning and organization of the thesis work. Also research techniques was used as: survey, observation, statistical analysis. It is concluded that the project should be implemented as it will achieve business success and contribute to the socio-economic development of the canton Calvas, should seize the acceptance of future consumers using the preferred strategy of quality in the product offered, ethics and professionalism in each of the processes, while maintaining a commitment to the product and the market.
