סיכום:Throughout history, it has resulted in knowledge related to human behavior issues, this research work entitled "Climate Assessment ORGANIZATIONAL IN CONSTRUCTION COMPANY Quiroz & Quiroz CIA. LTDA. THE Shushufindi, the province of Sucumbíos, FOR 2015 "reflects the need of Constructora Quiroz & Quiroz to have sufficient elements to offer both internal and external of an organizational climate customers according to market requirements, the same as was done according to what determines the Regulations of the Academic Board of the National University of Loja. In the present investigation, it was taken as bibliographic reference which is determined in the scientific method, induction and deduction of the data obtained and also had help different research techniques such as the survey, which in this case is they used three: the first that was applied to the manager of the company; the second and third that they were applied to workers, the same as measuring the degree of importance and job satisfaction. Among the most important results of this investigation it was found that for workers the degree of importance and that is very important is the work place , communication , teamwork , work environment , motivation , relationship with superiors and satisfaction , the same that focus on a range from 64 % to 79 %. The job the average for the degree of importance stood at 79, while job satisfaction stood at 56%; Understanding this variation the company must strengthen spaces job. Communicating the average degree of importance recorded stood at 73%, while job satisfaction is 52 % agreement. The average team recorded the degree of importance is 73%, while job satisfaction is 68 % agreement. In motivation, registered average degree of importance is 64%, while job satisfaction is 57%. In stimuli, recorded average degree of importance is by 61 %, while job satisfaction is 53% totally disagree, it being understood that the company should work on a stimulus plan for its employees and workers. Among the most important factors that the Company Constructora Quiroz & Quiroz Cia .Ltda, Is should strengthen communication, team work, work environment, encouragement and motivation.
