For the development of the research project situational analysis of the study site to know how you are and where you will develop the project took place, gathering information was executed, obtained data such as location, size, climate, food, typical food, attractions, among others, aimed at the population surveys also developed this helped to determine the extent of tourism knowledge of respondents. After analyzing the feasibility of the situational study of the area proceeded to develop the business plan by KEDS Methodology developing the 9 steps and thus develop the business plan and creating brand "Cabañas Tourism New Dawn" to be recognized in the market. With the results we proceeded to the creation of Tourism Nuevo Amanecer Cabañas, the location of the site was verified, feasibility, attractions, it proceeded to describe the design of the three tourist cabins, with an investment of $ 61,798.00 and viability of the project NPV (net present value) generates positive cash flows over 5 years with a value of $ 108,274.22, the IRR (internal rate of return) will have a value of $ 82,942.10, and the period of payback is estimated at 2 years.
