Estudio de factibilidad para la creación de una empresa productora de cajas metálicas para medidores de agua y luz y su comercialización en el cantón Macará, provincia de Loja

The project is aimed at creating a company producing metal for water and electricity meters and marketing in the canton Macara, Loja province boxes. The main objective of this project is to determine the feasibility of commercial, technical, administrative and financial implementation of the project; for achieving the goals various methods and research techniques that enabled comply with the regulations required for this type of work, the main methods were used: Deductive, inductive, statistical and analytical - synthetic, and techniques such as literature collection, observation and poll. This thesis consists of four major studies: Market research, demand analysis in which it is determined that there is an initial effective demand in units produced 4,919 shoes, therefore it is determined that the unmet demand for the first year is 3882 units metal boxes accurate information and timely that facilitates define the market strategy that is the basis for structuring the Technical Study which contains terms of installed capacity, capacity utilization, unmet demand, as well as the size, right location and project engineering that allows coupling the physical resources for optimal service requirements. In the Organizational Study, the same will be implemented according to the following aspects: Legal Organization shall be the legal framework on which the activities will be developed, so that constitute a Limited Liability Company. Likewise, the Administrative Organization is presented with the units that make up and their respective levels of management and execution. the Economic Survey that quantifies Investments, operating costs and administrative expenses and any revenue generated by the project was made. Finally, the Financial Evaluation enabled a Net Present Value (NPV) of $ 205,520.38; recovery time Capital (PRC) 1 year, 2 months, Benefit Cost Ratio (CBR) of $ 1.50, an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 1.778% and Sensitivity Analysis states that the project resists costs increased 37.10%, and a decrease in revenue of 15.63%. Based on studies such as Market Research, Technical Study, Organizational Study, Financial Studies and Financial Evaluation, it has been able to determine the feasibility of this investment project, the same one to conclude and recommend the implementation of the project both economically and financially for execution. In conclusion we can determine that there is a growing increase in housing that require this product, so that its implementation is feasible
