| Shrnutí: | The general objective of this research work was to analyze the evolution of fundraising and placements of savings and credit cooperatives of segment 2 in the city of Loja, during the period 2019-2021, through financial indicators. For the development of the proposed objectives, they are framed within the mixed approach (qualitative and quantitative), being a study of non- experimental-longitudinal design, of descriptive-explanatory type, in which the deductive- inductive, analytical-synthetic method was applied, as well as the techniques of bibliographic review and data analysis and processing. Likewise, for the development of the research work, the evaluation of the financial statements was carried out through horizontal analysis, identifying the variations within the period of study 2019-2021. The results of the loan portfolio and obligations with the public show that the subaccounts with the highest growth are the priority consumer loan portfolio and time deposits. In the same context, it is observed that the institutions present a high level of provisions, the level of delinquency is low, with respect to liquidity it was evidenced that it has an excess, the return on assets shows a good management taking into account its goal of over 1.42%. In conclusion, the savings and credit cooperatives in segment 2 demonstrated that the variations in deposits and placements were positive; likewise, with the application of indicators of the PERLAS monitoring system, it maintains good standards, thus demonstrating that the interest that the cooperative pays its clients for deposits exceeds the inflation rate; finally, strategies are designed to improve the deficiencies found in the study. |
