Tiene como objetivo general crear una geodatabase bajo un modelo de datos eléctricos MultiSpeak para la Empresa Eléctrica Regional del Sur S.A. Se utilizó el método descriptivo y deductivo. La técnica utilizada fue: un programa de software denominada MultiSpeak donde se analizó brevemente los beneficios de un Sistema de Información Geográfico SIG, verificando nuestra topología, planos digitales (subestación-cliente), definiendo las clases y creando cartografía base. En la comprobación de dichos objetivos se pudo obtener los siguientes resultados y conclusiones.
