要約:The current research work, entitled "DESIGN OF THE FUNCTIONAL ORGANIC STRUCTURE FOR THE MICRO-ENTERPRISE "NICK'S DANIEL'S" OF CURTINCAPAC PARISH, PORTOVELO CANTON OF THE PROVINCE OF EL ORO, PERIOD 2021-2022" has the purpose of providing the managers of the distillery with a design of the functional organic structure. For the development of the work a mixed research approach and a descriptive non-experimental research design were used, deductive, inductive and analytical methods were applied through interview and survey techniques, the population under study was taken to all internal staff of the distillery "Nick's Daniel's" including 1 manager, 1 accountant and 3 workers. With the information gathered from the surveys, the situational diagnosis was determined in which it was verified that the "Nick's Daniel's" distillery has an adequate installation of the factory and the necessary machinery and tools, but lack of a functional organic structure, since 100% of the collaborators are unaware of the existence of organizational charts; in addition, 100% of the personnel do not have a manual of functions for each job position that facilitates the development of activities, etc.
