Elaboración de los manuales orgánico funcional y de procedimientos para la cooperativa de ahorro y crédito Reina del Cisne de la ciudad de Loja.

The present investigation work has been developed as thesis of previous grade to the obtaining of the Title of Commercial Ingenerate, the same one that has as purpose to contribute with the progress of the country and especially with the places or more vulnerable sectors. The development of a town depends on the perseverance and its inhabitants' effort, such it is the case of the COOPERATIVE OF SAVING AND CREDO "it REIGNS OF THE SWAN" LTDA that comes working with remarkable deficiencies in its short life, reason for which needs a structuring in its administrative, financial and operative part, reason for which have developed the new organic structure of the same one, being this the main objective of my thesis project. I know I carry out a situational analysis of the Cooperative, entity that takes charge of offering services, office workers and financiers to their partners, their vision, mission objectives, services that he/she offers, statutes, in an or another way interfere in the one that to make managerial. Reference is made to the objectives that next detail it: To carry out a diagnosis of the current situation of the Cooperative of Saving and Credit "it REIGNS OF THE SWAN "Ltda. Of the city of Loja. To design an organic structure for the saving Cooperative and credit REIGNS OF THE SWAN of the City of Loja. To elaborate the functional organic manual and of procedures for the Cooperative of Saving and Credit "it REIGNS OF THE SWAN "Ltda. Of the City of Loja. To elaborate a proposal for the Cooperative of Saving and Credit "it Reigns of the Swan of the City of Loja. Therefore he/she was carried out a general proposal for the cooperative of Saving and Credit "it Reigns of the Swan of the City of Loja the same one that consists of the following thing: Mission. Vision. Objectives. Structural, functional flowchart and positional. Organic manual - functional. Manual of procedures. The proposal before exposed it will serve like support guide for the members of the Cooperative, since my study is focused to the growth and development of the financial institution. Subsequently this the methodology used during the investigative work: it consists of the following methods: scientific, deductive, inductive method and the techniques as: the direct observation, interviews, it interviews, the bibliographical revision. The interview was applied the manager of the cooperative of Saving and Credit Reins of the Swan and the survey was applied the employees this same institution. The results served like base to give later execution to the objectives, to reach conclusions and later on to outline possible solutions. The methodology used during the development of the investigation, allowed obtaining information according to the necessities of the institution (Cooperative of Saving and Credit Reins of the Swan). When concluding the investigation work he/she settles down conclusions and recommendations according to the situation in which the financial institution is developed. The thesis concludes with the annexes that are elements or fundamental tools for the understanding of certain topics.
