description The present research work aims to carry out a "Strategic marketing plan for Lavatec Lc Washing and Lubricating Company", which will allow the design of helpfull strategies to promote the growth of the company and to obtain greater economic profitability, subsequently theoretical content related to the subject under study were reviewed. Likewise, the present work has the appropriate methodology which has allowed to obtained the necessary results to establish the strategies to strengthen the image and improve customer loyalty, it is worth mentioning that the research is of a mixed nature, it is based on three specific objectives, first, a situational diagnosis of the company was carried out, an internal and external analysis of the company was made to determine the most appropriate marketing strategies. In the internal analysis the EFI matrix was made with data obtained through surveys, interviews and through direct observation that was made to the company, yielded a result of 2.52 which indicates that the strengths outweigh the weaknesses; In the external analysis, the EFE matrix was carried out taking into account factors such as political, economic, social, technological and environmental factors, resulting in a score of 2. The SWOT matrix was used to determine the strategic objectives and develop a strategic marketing plan to promote the company through the local media. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations were made. Keywords: Company positioning, Customer loyalty, Marketing strategies.

Keywords: Company positioning, Customer loyalty, Marketing strategies.El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo realizar un “Plan estratégico de marketing para la empresa Lavadora y Lubricadora Lavatec Lc”, el mismo que le permitirá diseñar estrategias que ayuden a impulsar el crecimiento de la empresa y a obtener mayor rentabilidad económica, posteriormente se revisó contenidos teóricos que tienen que ver con la temática de estudio. Así mismo el presente trabajo cuenta con la metodología apropiada que ha permitido obtener la información necesaria para obtener resultados necesarios que permitan establecer las estrategias para fortalecer la imagen y mejorar la fidelización de los clientes, cabe mencionar que la investigación es de carácter mixto, es base a tres objetivos específicos, primero se realizó un diagnóstico situacional de la empresa, se elaboró un análisis interno y externo de la empresa para determinar las estrategias de marketing más adecuadas, en el análisis interno se realizó la matriz EFI con datos que se obtuvieron a través de las encuestas, entrevistas y a través de la observación directa que se hizo a la empresa, arrojo un resultado de 2,52 lo que indica que las fortalezas sobresalen ante las debilidades; en el análisis externos se realizó la matriz EFE tomando en cuenta factores como son políticos, económicos, sociales, tecnológicos y ambientales, lo que dio como resultado 2.57 esto indica que se puede aprovechar las oportunidades y disminuir las amenazas, se eléboro la matriz FODA para determinar los objetivos estratégicos y elaborar el plan estratégico de marketing para promocionar a la empresa a través de medios de comunicación más sintonizados de la localidad. Por último, se planteó las concusiones y recomendaciones.
