Proyecto de factibilidad para la implementación de una empresa de estimulación temprana a domicilio en la ciudad de Cuenca

Feasibility study was developed in order to future implementation of Service Early Stimulation at home in the city of Cuenca, carrying out a market study to determine supply and demand (potential, real, effective and unsatisfied), including the marketing plan of the service to be offered to the market. In addition, the technical study was developed which allowed the size of the project to be established based on its installed and used capacity, plant location and project engineering. The organizational study was elaborated which determines the type of company to be constituted, the legal and organizational structure of the same, In addition, through the execution of the economic study, it was possible to determine the cost and income budgets and how the financing will be realized; The financial evaluation was applied to the project through the application of indicators such as: VAN, TIR, RELACION B / C, PRC, SENSITIVITY ANALYSIS which determined the viability of project execution, for the launch of this service to the local market. Inductive, deductive and analytical methods were used, such as direct observation, survey and interview techniques, thus determining the size of the sample based on the number of families in the city of Cuenca, according to data: 399 families. In the development of the investigation, an unsatisfied demand of 83% was determined for the city of Cuenca; this for the first year of life of the project, noting that the company has a large market to cover in the city. The technical study identified an installed capacity of , 5.760 services, it was defined that the capacity used for the first year of useful life will be 75% of the installed capacity, increasing it every two years by 5%, reaching 95% Of maximum capacity. The company will be located in the city of Cuenca and for this it was defined the distribution of the office, processes and resources necessary for its operation. In the administrative study was determined the constitution of the company, which will have as its corporate name SETAD CIA. LTDA. Will be of limited responsibility and an administrative organization that will have their respective manuals and in these will be immersed the structural and functional organization chart. According to the financial study it was determined that the initial investment used will recover in three and a half years, according to the economic evaluation the NPV and the IRR. Regarding the benefit / cost ratio, it was specified that the project will support up to a 9,6% increase in costs and a decrease of up to 5,75% in revenues; Thus observing that all the results of the economic evaluation are positive and favorable, therefore it is concluded that it is feasible to implement a company dedicated to the Early Stimulation service at home in the city of Cuenca. The results in the calculations, which indicate that the project is feasible for implementation.
