| Sumari: | Currently, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we have immersed in a new world where media and digital applications have been powerful tools to reach diverse parts of the world. For that reason, the objective of this study is to propose a cultural virtual tour to promote tourist reactivation in the urban parishes of Loja town in order to combat the pandemic of Covid- 19, for its fulfillment the following objectives were established: To identify the places and cultural tourist attractions of the urban parishes of the Loja town that can be presented in a virtual tour. There are 13 cultural tourist attractions of great importance and hierarchy in the Loja city. In addition, the degree of hierarchy of the attractions is determined with the second objective, which is: To identify the acceptance of tourist demand regarding the virtual tour through from non-random sampling, a survey was applied to the effective demand, establishing an acceptance of digital media, for instance the use of social networks such as: Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube website. This last website is applicable for the virtual cultural tour of the urban parishes of Loja city. In addition, this allowed us to identify the ideal target of customers who are young people and tourists interested in the use of these digital tools. Finally, the third objective will be to develop in a virtual tour of the urban parishes of the Loja town through a technological tool, the proposal creates content with video captures in 360° format both for the YouTube website where the digital content is presented, and for Facebook using connectors such as direct links. |
