| 要約: | The WHO estimates that on average 56% of the pregnant women in developing countries are studying with anemia. Anemia is associated with complications in pregnancy and the newborn, with an increase of morbidity and perinatal mortality, weight low, premature delivery and low iron stores. That is why I have considered this work whose objective is to determine the relationship between anemia in pregnancy, newborn preterm and low birth weight. It is a descriptive, transversal and prospective study conducted in the service of Gynecology and Obstetrics of the Hospital Regional Isidro Ayora from the city of Loja, in the period from February to August of 2013. A tab where you will find the variables of the study and an interview applied to the pregnant women to know the type of feed and relate the presence of anemia was used to collect the information. The frequency of anaemia was 74 patients corresponding to 7.6%. Of the total number of women with anemia, the 31.1% terminated her pregnancy in pre-term labor, and 33.8% had newborn infants with low birth weight. The degree of anemia identified most often corresponds to 60.8%, followed by moderate anemia 37.8% mild anemia and eventually anemia severe 1.4%. Power supply was concentrated mostly in diets rich in carbohydrates and white meat, and less consumption of red meat, vegetable and fruit concluding that there is relationship between anemia in pregnancy with preterm birth or babies born with low weight, taking into account that this relationship in all cases is not present. Also food acts as a factor in the presence of anemia. Key words: anemia, pregnancy, birth, preterm labor, low weight. |
