| Résumé: | The following research project had the purpose to find out the answer to the main problem which was: the family communication and its incidence in the development of speaking skill in children of the first year of education in the Daniel Rodas Bustamante school in Loja city during 2011-2012. Alternative guidelines. The general objective is: Analyze the incidence of the first year of education in the Daniel Rodas Bustamante school in Loja city. The methods applied were: the descriptive, analytic-synthetic and the theorist or deductive method; they allowed the organization, procedure and parents from the school. At the same time the observation technique was done in order to look forward to the reality of the research problem. At the end of this research project: it was found out that there is only informal communication at home and parents are overprotective with their children causing difficulties in the development of their speaking skill. Children cannot communicative well with the rest of the people around them. The results obtained shows that 46 of the parents said that the communication at home is inappropriate. However, 100% of the teachers affirm that the communication at home is inappropriate, which produce problems in the development of the speaking skill. As a conclusion, the poor communication in the family causes the difficulties in the speaking skill of the children |
