Sumari:This paper titled "THE PRACTICE OF VALUES IN THE FORMATION OF THE PERSONALITY OF CHILDREN FROM SCHOOL MIXED" DECEMBER 25 LOJA" focused practice that values cause negative effects on student behavior that is difficult to have good relationships within and outside the educational community, it had as general objective "Strengthening the values that contribute to improving the disciplinary behavior of children / as the mixed school" December 25 "Quarter Bethlehem city of Loja and the intervention of social workers. " In terms of specific objectives, they were of great importance since it could support the subject in theoretical and scientific substantiation of the categories studied. Likewise also explain the importance of the practice values in the educational community. We have seen so many students, parents and teachers are aware of the importance and necessity of practicing the values that come from home and reinforced at school. With regard to the methodology, the research is part of the characteristics of a scientific, historical, analytical, synthetic, inductive, deductive to explain and give alternative solutions to the research study In the development of this research work necessary information was collected through the application of research tools such as surveys and observation sheet, the same as students of parallel sixth year "A" parallel seventh year and "B" was applied which is legally registered and normally attending classes, parents and teaching staff of the School "December 25 of the city of Loja" in order to obtain accuracy and reliability of research, resulting in the absence of values are generated negative effects such as failure to work it difficult to have good relations with others, affecting their learning does not allow the student develop in an appropriate way in their social and academic activities. Under this approach a proposed educational and transformative intervention, which enables the teacher or other staff of the institution to implement for the formation of values and strengthening them, from the perspective of social work is presented.
