The constitution of Ecuador regarding the vegetable law and the complementary rules thereof. I started to continue the doctrinal framework, it discusses the following points: Legal Aspects of infringements in the Ecuadorian legal norms; and Judgment of administrative and environmental law violations in the plant health and related standards. Already in the legal framework, we talk of the right to due process and fundamental part of the prosecution of contraventions. It also continues with details of the materials and methods used in research. The procedures and techniques, and the results of field research. To end with verification of objectives corresponding weighted conciliation proposal for legal reform. |

To end with verification of objectives corresponding weighted conciliation proposal for legal reform.El presente trabajo académico, cumple con las disposiciones emitidas por la Universidad Nacional de Loja, con relación a la investigación jurídica que es necesaria en una tesis de grado. El que inicia en un principio con la revisión de literatura, en la cual se encontrarán aspectos importantes de la investigación, como es una reseña jurídica de la ley de Sanidad Vegetal. La Constitución de la República del Ecuador con relación a la ley vegetal y las normas complementarias de la misma. Continuamos con el marco doctrinario, el cual analiza los siguientes puntos: Aspectos jurídicos de las contravenciones en las normas legales ecuatorianas; y, Juzgamiento de las contravenciones administrativas y ambientales en la ley de sanidad vegetal y normas conexas. Ya en el marco jurídico, se habla del derecho al debido proceso como parte fundamental del juzgamiento de las contravenciones. Se continúa asimismo con el detalle de los materiales y métodos utilizados en investigación. Los procedimientos y técnicas, así como los resultados de la investigación de campo.
