Тойм:The thesis titled: DYNAMIC GROUPS TO IMPROVE THE AULIC SOCIAL CLIMATE IN THE STUDENTS OF 6TH YEAR PARALLEL "A" AT MIGUEL RIOFRÍO SCHOOL, LOJA. 2017-2018., the general objective was to improve the aulic social climate in the students of 6th year parallel "A" at miguel riofrío school through group dynamics. The research is focused in qualitative-quantitative, based on a descriptive study, cross-sectional and with a pre-experimental design, the methods used were the scientific, deductive, analytical, and synthetic methods, highlighting the pre-experimental design with the application of the school social climate scale (CES), allowing the measurement of the social climate. The population was made through a non-probabilistic sample, identifying 30 students of 6th parallel year "A". The results obtained through the application of the scale, showed the aulic social climate at a medium level, after the execution of the activities of the proposal of group dynamics and with the application of the post test, it was determined that the classroom climate maintains a medium level, but it is emphasized that the high levels of each of the subscales reached significant percentages, optimizing personal relationships, organization and clarification of standards. It is concluded that the group dynamics are effective for the intervention in the educational field since they help to improve the coexistence within the classroom. The application of group dynamics is recommended throughout the school environment since they allow creating significant environments for students.
