Aplicación de un proceso contable “en la compañía de servicios ASOTECOM S.A. de la ciudad de Machala” periodo julio a septiembre 2013

His research corresponds to the "Applying an Accounting Process" IN THE COMPANY SERVICES SA ASOTECOM CITY MACHALA "PERIOD JULY TO SEPTEMBER 2013" the same as before the need for a thematic analysis raised in order to identify problems affecting the Company's accounting ASOTECOM appearance. Therefore, in the development of this document an accounting process to obtain records of economic movements generated in the enterprise to synthesize in financial and economic conditions for making the right decisions are delivered. Pursuant to the objectives we proceeded to get the support that led to the drafting of the Memorandum of operations that led to the accounting of economic movements in the books and documents: the initial inventory, its initial situation, journal, general ledger, trial balance and worksheet, that permitted the statement of financial position, showing the assets, liabilities and equity; statement of comprehensive income which contains the same income, expenses and loss for the period and finally the Cash Flow Statement in which the cash operating, investing and financing is determined was performed. Finally it is concluded that the accounting process performed by applying the accounting standards and principles that led to the development of relevant, reliable and timely financial statements, it is recommended to consider to improve the performance of the company.
