La mujer y el arte plástico: La práctica artística de las mujeres de Loja (Gabriela Granda, Gabriela Punín, Mónica Sarmiento) como referente para una propuesta de dibujo y pintura contemporánea

This research called: LA MUJER Y EL ARTE PLÁSTICO: LA PRÁCTICA ARTÍSTICA DE LAS MUJERES DE LOJA (GABRIELA GRANDA, GABRIELA PUNÍN, MÓNICA SARMIENTO) COMO REFERENTE PARA UNA PROPUESTA DE DIBUJO Y PINTURA CONTEMPORÁNEA, raises an analysis of the relationship between art, women and society throughout history to understand how these aspects have evolved in different eras and thus also to develop a study of three women local artists. For the development of qualitative research, the deductive method was used to extract information from general history and art, on specific events involving women; with the inductive method, a study of aspects of the context of women artists was carried out, which together with the method of analysis-synthesis allowed to deepen in an artistic and aesthetic sense on works, styles, techniques; with all this information, a grounded theoretical content and an artistic proposal were elaborated, experimenting with different techniques, means and supports, raising a theme based on women and their relationship with society and the artistic world, especially in a context of struggle, constituting a contribution to society and culture.
