Samenvatting: | The employment of the new technologies and their incorporation to the classrooms are enriching the teaching-learning process vastly, the condition to be able to go at the same time of these changes is that the theoretical teaching is supplemented by practical exercises in the laboratory; due to this we saw each other in the necessity of to propose and to build a team that allows the analysis and study of the operation of the starter DANFOSS MCD 100-001, mainly in motors asynchronous leaning three-phase in the system of acquisition of data by means of LabVIEW, by means of which will be allowed that the students of the career of Engineering in Electromechanical can evidence in a practical way the diverse outburst parameters in this motors. The present investigation work facilitates the study of the soft starter DANFOSS MCD 100-001, the same one that has programming options for ramp of acceleration, torque control and control of kick start; which provide a variety for the improvement of the characteristics of outburst of the electric motors. For the load simulation you incorporates a system of having braked hydraulic the same one that served as great help to evidence the electric and mechanical variations that up to now alone they have been able to be studied theoretically. An important part of the present thesis work, constitutes it the system of acquisition of data by means of the use of a card DAQ NI USB-6009, the one which combined with electronic devices it allows the graphic visualization in real time of the parameters of operation of the electric motors. |
