Zusammenfassung:In the absence of a corporate policy aimed at developing entrepreneurship in the country and especially to the southern border; since there are no sources of direct funding, fostering the production and marketing of agricultural products (fruits) that occur in the province of Loja; also the city of Loja do not have a company dedicated to producing uvillas in syrup, a situation that has led to present research that aims to generate information to the community about the benefits and nutritional qualities of this product for their applicants. That said the goal is to establish the feasibility for the installation of a company in the city of Loja dedicated to the production and marketing of uvillas in syrup. The implementation of this project will sources of income, both for people working in the company and suppliers of raw materials and inputs. The methodology used for gathering information from both primary and secondary sources allowed me to research, develop and test the veracity of the project were methods: Deductive, Inductive, Historical Method. The following techniques are applied: Observation; The Literature Review: I could gather information through books, magazines and documents to support the theoretical framework. Interview: It was addressed to the main premises of Loja that sell fruits in syrup; in Survey: Total Polls was 381, the total study population 48.518 families in the city of Loja. (Urban). The study reflects market competition and the high expectations of acceptance of this product for possible future consumers. 5 To calculate the size of the plant a percentage of the participation of the company in the market (29.84%), thus having to produce units for the first year of 33.280 uvillas in syrup 600g was chosen). The company will produce the first year 33%, second year 50%; and thus increase to produce 100% of installed capacity. To determine the optimal location of the plant location factors such as location, raw material, utilities was applied; among others. To set the production process flow diagram, the plant layout, using manually operated machines was developed. For its operation; the company invested $ 57.925.80 where equity was $ 22.925.80 and funded through the National Development Bank for a loan of $ 35.000.00. Earnings for the first year as cash flow was $ 39.166,97. The financial evaluation indicated that the NPV is $ 115.797,90, the internal rate of return of 74.10%, which the company will recover the capital in 1 year, 5 months and 5 days; that for every dollar invested company earns 0.31 cents, and the company supports an increase in costs of 8,75 and revenue decline 12% This analysis determines that the project is feasible for the city of Loja, and of importance by sources of income that will generate for both employees and suppliers contributing to the socioeconomic development of the sector.
