Los préstamos léxicos usados por los hablantes lojanos

The present work is a dialectological investigation in which the lexical borrowings used by the speakers of the province of Loja by reviewing the sociolinguistic interviews transcripts carried out with 12 informants born in the different cantons. This research has a qualitative approach, a non-experimental design and an explanatory scope. The methodology consisted in the use of the techniques sampling by quotas and snowball to the search of required informants. For the transcripts of the recorded interviews, the online program DownSub was used and for their processing, Text Analyzer. In the distinction and significance of the lexical borrowings, 6 lexicographic sources were used, among which is the DLE. The results that were evidenced were the large number of Quichuisms and Anglicisms, and few voices of other languages such as Arabic, Caló, Caribbean, Cuna, French, Italian, Nahuatl, and Portuguese. Among them the majority use of nouns and borrowings of simple lexia was verified. Some different meanings in the terms were found based on the oral contextual situations of the speakers. In addition, it was compared with other investigations found to see the similarities in both results and conclusions. The lexias released indicate the form of Lojan speech in the actuality
