Tilføj Tag | Summary: | This research entitled "INCORPORATION OF THE IMPRISONMENT FOR A PERSON THAT HAS COMMITTED SEX CRIMES IN CHILDREN, AND ADOLESCETS”, had as general objective conduct a study, theoretical and doctrinal legal envelope the incorporation of the imprisonment for a person who has committed sexual offences on children and adolescents, this research is descriptive because it relates various aspects which leads to the need to investigate and reform relevant laws for the development the following methods are used: scientist, inductive, deductive, analytical and comparative, as well as the application of a survey and interview directed lawyers in free exercise. At the end of the research was obtained as a result that there are problems of sexual offences on children and adolescents. The investigative work by 30 lawyers, where it is concluded that it is important to include the perpetual chain as penalty so that these crimes are punished and the offender no longer commit them preserving the rights of children, girls and teenagers so that they grow up in a safe society. |
