Zusammenfassung:n the province of Zamora Chinchipe there are no competitive companies that generate new sources of work that help the development and improvement of the quality of life of the inhabitants of the region, but have contributed to the demography of these sectors suffer a decrease, both is due to the migration of our Ecuadorian brothers, as well as to the birth control, which today is applied in society, since its inhabitants do not have enough economic support to create their families. That the present investigation has as general objective, to carry out a feasibility project for the creation of a company of production and commercialization of quince jam in Canton Centinela del Condor, province of Zamora Chinchipe; in order to establish allies, opponents, risks and opportunities. With the market study it was stipulated that demand is supplied by the supply but only with products that have preservatives, consolidating the need to offer a jam according to the food trends of consumers. The methods and techniques that the research allows to perform, such as the Scientific Method that served to collect the necessary information, for the elaboration of the theoretical framework, with which the research was supported, the Deductive Method allowed a description of how to create a company of production of the marmalade of quince, Inductive Method which part of the particular to arrive at the general, the Statistical Method which consists in a series of procedures for the lumber of the numerical qualitative and quantitative data of the realized investigation. The techniques were in the compilation of some data for research as well of the following wood, in the surveys made us used to tabulate the results obtained. Regarding the stated objectives that indicates that it is feasible the implementation of a production company was verified, and additionally we must indicate that each one of the objectives raised in the research project was developed in the work. An initial investment of US $ 26.546,32 will be required for the implementation and start-up of the project, with an investment of US $ 11,546.32 corresponding to 43,49% and one financed by the United States. Banecuador of $ 15,000.00 corresponding to 56,51%. In the market study carried out in the Canton Centinela de Condor, it was possible to gather the information of the population surveyed, through the use of surveys and their respective statistical tabulation and analysis, determining consumer preferences in the demand and knowing the offer of 3.480 bottles of 250 grams of quince jam, the capacity Used 90% of the installed capacity giving a total of 61.100 bottles of 250 grams of quince jam yearly, with an anual increase of 1,50% reaching the last year of life to a 94%. Which determines a unit cost of $ 1,50 for each bottle of 250gr prepared, the profit margin is 11% gives a total income of $ 86,234.98 the break-even point for the first year is 82,34 in function. Obtaining a NAV of $43,346.37 a TIR of 39,13%, a period of recovery of the investment with current values of 2 years, among others; the same ones that sustain the project from the financial point of view. The results of the socio-economic, cultural, health, and business impacts are positive, demonstrating the feasibility of implementing the project. Subsequently, the Conclusions and Recommendations are presented, with various criteria regarding the project itself, which are raised.
