This descriptive study of cross-sectional quasi-experimental design in a sample of 28 parents and students. Some methods were applied: Analytical, synthetic, inductive, deductive, historical, logical, comprehensive, diagnostic, modeling, and statistical correlation coefficient: methods. Also. The survey was conducted, the scale of needs and requirements (ENE). The results agree (pretest) that parents have 71% of authoritarian parenting styles to their children while only 32% are democratic, then in the application of the (post-test) show a satisfactory results after applying the educational project we can see that the authoritarian style decreased to 25% and strengthened democratic by 71%. Conclusions: Parents predominantly authoritarian style to child rearing; the proposed intervention had a moderate positive correlation |
