Streszczenie:The pregnancy in adolescents can be a devastating blow to family life and the dramatic change in their normal operation, as early pregnancy poses different challenges and demands. The attitude of the family to this event, is crucial to optimize health, well-being and quality of life itself, being a process that is not only important to take into consideration within family issues. The purpose of this research is to identify family risk factors such as the onset of sexual life and domestic violence and determine family functioning and make a triptych of family risk factors in pregnant adolescents in Isidro Ayora Hospital of Loja; so a descriptive, cross-sectional study was conducted in pregnant adolescents. The sample consisted of 70 pregnant adolescents, according to inclusive and exclusive criteria. A survey was applied (FF-SIL) and the deliverance of a triptych to each pregnant teenager was applied. As for the results, we obtained that the beginning of sexual life at the ages of 17 to 19 years old (70%); domestic violence predominated by the abuse of other persons such as couples and friends (66%); with respect to family functionality: dysfunctional prevailed (83%) and in functional families a smaller percentage was present (17%). It is concluded that most pregnant teenagers have a dysfunctional family environment. It is recommended to promote family togetherness to avoid family breakups, because the family unit is the primary source of support for adolescents and implement programs aimed at strengthening the family as a protective factor in adolescent health.
