總結: | The present study entitled "Application of the Comprehensive National Plan for the Eradication of Sexual Offenses in the Educational System, in the" School of Basic Education November 18 of the City of Loja ", aimed at obtaining results, September 2016-July 2017" Its objective is to establish whether the institutional management of the School of Basic Education "18 de Noviembre" contributes to the implementation of the Comprehensive National Plan to Eradicate Sexual Crimes in the Educational System. In the research, qualitative methodology with descriptive character was used; Subsequently, the institutional context is presented as a preamble to the analysis of the information obtained. The results obtained show that 79% of the teachers of the basic education school on November 18 do not have knowledge of the Comprehensive National Plan for the Eradication of Sexual crimes in the Education System, so they do not know the protocol of denunciation to act in the face of possible cases of sexual crimes; being so that 67% of the staff considers that the management of the school is regular; in relation to prevention, processes, protection and restitution of the rights of children and adolescents, victims of sexual abuse; and the investigation and sanction that merits the case. As a contribution to the situation found, a road map is established to improve institutional management for the prevention of sexual crimes, so that the school's managers take charge of its implementation if they consider it pertinent. |
