The work was aimed at formulating the general objective which is: Make an investment project for the implementation of a company branch ELECTROCOMPU in the city of Zamora province of Zamora Chinchipe, the same as was achieved using the inductive method. achieving determine the market study the demand and supply of service / products through techniques: direct observation, surveys and interviews; The deductive method that allowed a description of the implementation of Electrocompu company branch in the city of Zamora; Analytic-synthetic method in which a study of each of the parties as they are performed: market research, technical studies, legal and administrative structure, study and financial evaluation to be held in the company; the mathematical method was used in the preparation of budgets and projections, as well as in the calculation of the equilibrium point of the project, financial assessment and determination of economic indicators to take decisions; and the statistical method very useful in market research when making the interpretation and analysis of information collected in the market. Likewise, the statistical tables and charts are used. In addition techniques are used as direct observation which identified technical aspects regarding the various processes for the implementation of the company branch Electrocompu, also served to help determine the location of the project also was used to observe competition-related aspects in terms of advertising, promotions presentation of different products and services .; the surveys that were applied to potential customers that will allow the company to settle determining the demand for the products and services the same as those applied to the different families of the city of Zamora apply to a total of 378 surveys; and bidders that is to say to the companies involved in the marketing of products and services such as computers 2 are: Master Pc located in Sevilla de Oro versus Development Bank being its owner Richard Idrobo; and the second Microdata in the Amazon Diego de Vaca and streets outside the hotel ChontaDorada, its owner mr. In the economic evaluation it was obtained an NPV of $91.527,06, was also obtained an IRR of 64,75% well above the 15% of the cost of capital investment also recovered in 2 years, 9 months and 25 days, defined Also, a benefit-cost ratio of 1.13 and finally was decided that the project will support up to an increase of 6.26% in costs and a decrease to 5,55% of revenues; so all the results of the economic evaluation are positive and favorable. In each of the aforementioned studies it has favorable results, allowing us to generally conclude that it is feasible Installing a ELECTROCOMPU branch office in the city of Zamora
