| Summary: | This thesis entitled "PROPOSAL FOR A STRATEGIC PLAN FOR THE COMPANY EMIFOCOM CIA. LTDA., Of the city of Loja, Period 2014-2019 ", is aimed at the company Emifocom, as a proposal to solve problems and difficulties presented in the administrative organization. Many of the problems of the company, is based on the motivation of its staff because of ignorance do not share the same business objectives. Why this paper's main objective is developing a strategic plan for the Company Emifocom Cia. Ltda., In the city of Loja, period 2014-2019, which would achieve a culture and organizational philosophy, to thereby achieve business goals that the company has. To develop the proposal was necessary support and application of a methodology according to each phase of the investigative process; It was necessary in the first instance have a conceptual approach on the strategic plan considering its scope and requirements presented and then make a collection of information from internal and external sources to validate and conform with the problems identified. Subsequently the materials, methods and techniques used was determined to structure the results where the development of the proposed Strategic Plan is done; the information collection techniques used were observation, which allowed identify the most common problems of the company are directed to the manager interview that identified the current situation of the company, the survey of 8 employees and Population 1,205, the sample was 300 customers, this methodology will serve as a tool in the administrative and operational management, it would allow the development strategies under a participatory approach of all members working in business, To this end the current situation of the company is analyzed, the external analysis shows that the greatest threats that the company in its environment are: instability of prices, the high cost of media for advertising, the great competition today days there are similar companies, among other situations that make the company get a weighted result of 2.14 substandard balanced situation which denotes the external problems that have prevented the development of the company, also in the internal analysis highlights important weaknesses that need to be resolved such as: the poor service rendered by employees to their customers, the lack of a strategic plan, made no publicity to spread their services, employees have received training, they do not have a functional or organizational handbook functions, obtaining a result of 1.73 weighted, emphasizing that are serious internal problems to be solved. Then raised four major strategic objectives that must be taken into consideration by management to improve and become a competitive business, these strategies are focused on the definition of the business philosophy aimed at an investment of $ 870.00, training at all employees working in the company Emifocom at a cost of $ 1,225.00 which will be financed 50% by employees and 50% by the company, improvement of services will cost $ 515.00, Development of a structural organization with their respective manual functions, the design will cost $ 1,220.00 and advertising in different media for better advancement of the company whose investment will be $ 2,645.00, ie the total cost of the Strategic Plan for the company Emifocom Cia. Ltda., In the city of Loja, in the period 2014-2019, will be $ 6,475.00 After the development of the draft strategic plan for the company Emifocom the respective conclusions of the work priority among them are as follows: The lack of compliance by employees of the goals it has set for the company to achieve success in the work business, ethical performance and quality in the area of competence, the employees have not received any training that allows them to enrich their knowledge in their field, not any strategic plan is implemented, because all its activities based on empirical knowledge, so that the following recommendations are established, the company implement the mission, vision, objectives, policy and strategies for normal operation and development of their daily activities, it should also train all employees and managers the company so they can have basic knowledge in their field how is to provide good service, better customer service, information and accounting programs, human relations, offer good quality products, etc., so that it entails a business growth. It should make the respective structural organization and the corresponding Function Manual taking into account the different jobs that exist within the company to determine the roles within it. The proposal will provide alternative solutions and easy application also allows you to be prepared to face the different situations which arise in the future. |
