Implementación de la política agropecuaria de fomento de la productividad y calidad en la producción agrícola de la parroquia 27 de Abril - La Naranja, año 2022

The present Curricular Integration Work names "Implementation of the Agricultural Policy for the Promotion of Productivity and Quality in agricultural production in 27 de Abril-La Naranja parish, year 2022" reviewed the implementation of the policy under the top-down approach, determining compliance and the degree of satisfaction that it generated in the beneficiary. Likewise, an action plan was proposed to optimize its implementation within27 de Abril parish, through validation, verification and selection matrices so as not to exclude any agro-producer. Using inductive, analytical and synthetic methods, under a qualitative approach, supported by a non-experimental design of action research, techniques such as: semi-structured interview, survey, field notes and documentary review were applied, which helped to find results such as the lack of control, coordination and communication among the actors involved in the implementation of the policy. This leads to failures in the selection system, granting agricultural kits to the wrong beneficiaries, promoting self-serving and evidencing shortcomings in the targeting of projects and programs within the locality, which generate errors of inclusion and exclusion. In addition, only a certain number of farming families were benefited, excluding a considerable percentage of producers, who have to resort to private agencies and their own means in order to get their agricultural production afloat, especially those who plant rainfed crops. The purpose of this research is to improve the implementation of the agricultural policy in 27 de Abril-La Naranja parish, identifying areas for improvement and proposing an action plan that contributes to the sustainable development of agricultural production and benefits all farmers in the region.
