要約:The present research paper proposes the development of an accessible tourism proposal for the Yacuri National Park (PNY), it proceeded to establish specific objectives such as: diagnose the current and accessible situation of the PNY tourist attractions in the highlands of Jimbura parish, identify the interest of the members belonging to the Association of persons with physical disabilities of the canton Loja (APDFIL) in the tourism activities of the PNY and propose tourism strategies accessible to people with physical disabilities in the PNY. Among the methodology applied for the first objective, visits were made to the study area to fill in technical sheets for the diagnosis of tourist attractions Ricaurte and Tourism Ministry of Ecuador (MINTUR) which allowed the identification of five natural attractions with hierarchy three, also Accessibility technical sheets adapted from the State Representative Platform for the Physically Handicapped (PREDIF) were used, where the current level of accessibility of the study area was verified, from which it was determined that only the refuge and the path of the Black Lagoon 1 are moderately accessible; For the second objective, surveys were applied to people with physical disabilities, who stated that they were interested in visiting and carrying out tourist activities in the PNY once it is accessible in the same way, opinions and experiences of their own emerged as to why they do not usually do tourism ? Due to the various difficulties encountered from the moment of transfer to the use of the different tourist services offered by said attraction and its surroundings, thus developing the matrix of stakeholders where more public and private actors from the parishes of Jimbura and Amaluza were included, obtaining a more complete analysis and synthesizing it in the problem tree and therefore the elaboration of the objective tree, the same one that served for the third objective where five strategies were established favoring the development of accessible tourism of the PNY, the first strategy is the design of the accessible tourist infrastructure of the park, the second strategy proposes training in attention to tourists with physical disabilities aimed at the technical and administrative staff of the park, the third proposes training in accessible tourism aimed at tourism service providers in neighboring parishes, the fourth strategy proposes the e production of PNY digital promotional material, which will be displayed on the official Facebook page and on the web platform "Virtual Accessible Tourism Guide-Ecuador", which stand out for offering information on attractions and accessible services at the national level, finally the Fifth strategy focuses on the creation of strategic alliances between public-private institutions so that there is accessible tourism development both in the protected area and in the Espíndola canton. To conclude, the PNY's accessible tourism development proposal is comprehensive because it integrates the protected natural area, the surrounding communities and their public-private institutions of Jimbura and Amaluza.
