Додати тег | Резюме: | The following project entitled “Feasibility project for the creation of a Professional Soccer Academy in the Canton of Portovelo, Province of El Oro", aims to determine its feasibility. To carry out this research the following methods were used: deductive, inductive and descriptive, as well as observation, survey and interview techniques. Moreover, a market study found an unsatisfied demand for the first year of 1,746 children and young people between the ages of 5 and 17. The technical study determined that exist a capacity of 200 students, although it is planned to utilize the capability for 160 students; and it will be located downtown, while the sports activities will be held at the Portovelo stadium. On the other hand, the legal administrative study established that it will be constituted as a Specialized Training Sports Club, and there will be also 6 job offers. The economic study indicates that the investment will be $ 9,241.75; while 78.36% will be financed by its members, and 21.64% will be financed through credit. The total cost of the service in the first year is $ 44,902.26; the unit cost is $ 23.39; a registration fee of $ 35 and a monthly payment of $ 25 was established, which generates a total income of $ 53,600 and a profit of $ 5,688.97. The financial indicators show: the NPV is $ 24,244.15; the IRR is 75.63 %; the CBR indicates that for every dollar $ 0.26 cents will be earned. Finally, the PRC is 2 years, 3 months, 7 days; the sensitivity analysis states that the project supports an increase in costs up to 13.60 % and a decrease in income up to 11.00 %. It is concluded that this business idea is feasible. |
