Shrnutí:At present it is of vital importance that companies have a Strategic Plan as a key tool to achieve the goals of any type of business or organization. That is why the present research has as general objective: "Elaborate a Strategic Plan for the Freire and Hijos Cie. Ltda., Of the city of Nueva Loja, Lago Agrio, Province of Sucumbíos, "in order to contribute to the organizational development of the distributor under study. Within the specific objectives that have been proposed we have: To carry out a situational diagnosis of the Freire and Hijos Cie. Ltda., Of the city of Nueva Loja; To carry out an analysis of the External Factors (EFE) that affect the activity carried out by the distributor under study, so that the study has a value of 2.77 points which means that there is a predominance of opportunities over Threats, this was achieved through customer surveys; To perform an analysis of Internal Factors (EFI) to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the Distributor, and in the study obtained a value of 2.89 points which means that there is a predominance of strengths on weaknesses, results We obtained based on the employee survey and the manager interview; Conduct a SWOT analysis in the Distribuidora, since based on this, the High Impact Matrix is elaborated the same one that allows to generate the strategic objectives for the investigated company; To develop the Strategic Objectives in order to obtain a better performance in the commercialization of the products offered by the company, the following strategic objectives have been proposed: Establish the mission and vision for the company, with the purpose of improving the image Corporate governance; To carry out promotional and advertising programs that allow to know the products that commercialize the company; Develop a training plan for the employees of the Distributor; Establish a motivation plan and incentives for the company's staff; And finally Implement the use of uniform for the personnel of the company; And Elaborate the necessary budget to implement the Strategic Plan in the Freire and Hijos Cie. Ltda., Of the city of Nueva Loja. It should be noted that the implementation of the five strategic objectives has a cost of $ 16,603.00 dollars. The following methods and techniques were used in order to fulfill the stated objectives: the deductive, inductive, analytical, statistical and systematic method. Within the techniques, the bibliographical compilation was used to compile the necessary information on strategic planning, direct observation through field visits to the company, plus surveys that were applied to the clients and employees of the Distributor, and the interview The manager of the same Ing. Melida Elena Freire Lescano. Finally, it is presented the conclusions and recommendations, where it is proposed to the manager of the Distributor the importance of the implementation of the Strategic Plan, since this will allow him to position himself in the minds of the consumers and later to reach his fidelity. In such a way that will increase the sales and profits of the company.
